Welcome to Dancing Stitches! We are a family run business that has been opened since 2018 in our current location.  Our focus has always been on education and support  to build the sewing and quilting community for all ages!  With over 30 years of experience in the industry we have lots of knowledge to share and troubleshoot if needed!  We have been fortunate to find amazing teachers and staff and have now created a much larger "family" business. We are blessed to be able to offer such a great place to our area.

Each week we have many people and groups that come in regularly to sew, share ideas (and cookies) during our drop in days.  We try to make it as easy as possible to take classes as we supply BERNINA machines and basic tools so that all our students to bring is their projects and their self!

Services that we specialize in include:

BERNINA Dealer - We sell the full line of BERNINA and bernette machines, and have many of the models in store to view and test drive! And a great BERNINA club to support our customers (in person and online)

Sewing Machine Repairs -  Harold, our in house technician, services all makes and models of machines; Domestic, industrial,  and long arm machines. He has many years experience so is well qualified to give your machine the love and attention it deserves.

Classes and workshops - From Learn to sew to advanced garment making, we offer a large variety of classes from Suzie and other teachers. Some of our more popular classes are Sneaker Classes, Collage Workshops, and garment creations!

Other things we offer include long arm quilting, scissor sharpening, and lots of help to plan your next project!

Our hearts are always in giving and we have an area for  our favourite charities: Victoria Quilts (quilts for persons with cancer) and Project Linus  (blankets and quilts for youth).
